I.P.A (Iberian Pale Ale)

Colour - amber with a creamy head.
Aroma - grapefruit and flowers
Body - light.
Flavour - grapefruit, peach, raspberry, spices and flowers. Medium bitter.
Finish - dry, hoppy and long.
 
Top-fermented beer, fermented with Maris Otter Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts (England). Hops (U.S.A.) Galena (bitterness), Northern Brewer (flavour) and Cascade (aroma)

I.S. (Iberian Stout)

Colour - dark burgundy, creamy head.
Aroma - malt, liquorice, coffee, chocolate, fruit and flowers.
Body - medium.
Flavour - liquorice, coffee chocolate, fruit, biscuits and flowers. Medium bitter.
Finish - dry, long and hoppy.
 
Top-fermented beer, fermented with Maris Otter Pale, Crystal, Chocolate and Black malts (England). Hops (U.S.A.) Galena (bitterness), Northern Brewer (flavour) and Cascade (aroma).

Tangerine Ale

Colour - amber, creamy head
Aroma - tangerine, grapefruit and spices
Body - light - medium
Flavour - tangerine, grapefruit, spices and flowers. Medium bitter.
Finish - long, dry, hoppy and spicy.
 
Top fermented ale, mashed with "Maris Otter" pale and crystal and black malts (U.K.). Brewed with Galena (bittering), Northern Brewer (flavour), and Cascade (aroma) whole hops (U.S.A.). Special addition of fresh ginger and tangerine peel.

HONEY ALE

O.G. 10.50 ABV 5.5%

Colour - pale amber, creamy head.
Aroma - grapefruit, spices and honey.
Body - light - medium.
Flavour - grapefruit, spices, honey, soft fruits and flowers. Medium bitter.
Finish - dry, hoppy and spicy.
 
Top fermented ale, mashed with "Maris Otter" pale and crystal malts (U.K.). Brewed with Galena (bittering), Northern Brewer (flavour), and Cascade (aroma) whole hops (U.S.A.). Special addition of wild honey.

BRONZE ALE

Colour - dark amber, creamy head
Aroma - grapefruit and spices
Body - light - medium
Flavour - grapefruit, spices, fruit and flowers. Medium bitter.
Finish - dry, hoppy and spicy.
 
Top-fermented beer, brewed with Maris Otter Pale, Crystal y Chocolate malt (England). Hops: whole Galena (bitterness), Northern Brewer (flavour) and Cascade (aroma) (U.S.A.). Flavoured with fresh ginger and coriander.
